Refund policy
WEMS handles returns, refunds, repairs and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description, please contact WEMS as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
For catalogue products purchased through the WEMS website, change of mind returns may be accepted within 7 calendar days of receipt.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Custom, Fabricated or Special-Order Products
Custom-made, fabricated, modified, special-order or non-standard products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, incorrect selection or no longer being required, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact WEMS before returning your item.
In most cases, we recommend placing a new order for the item you require, then returning the original item for assessment. Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will process the applicable refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, refund or exchange, please contact WEMS at sales@wems.com.au with your order number, contact details, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
WEMS will review your request and advise the next steps.
